Shipping policy

• We deliver across India through trusted courier partners.
• Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.
• Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Remote pin codes may take longer.
• Delivery charges, if any, are shared with you on WhatsApp before you pay.
• Once your order ships, we will send you the tracking details on WhatsApp.

Refund & replacement policy

Because our products are food items, we cannot accept returns of opened products. We will gladly help if:

• your order arrives damaged or leaking,
• you receive the wrong product, or
• an item is missing from your order.

Please message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photos or an unboxing video. After verifying, we will send a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

You can cancel an order free of charge any time before it is dispatched.

Privacy policy

We collect only the details needed to deliver your order: your name, phone number and address. You share these with us through WhatsApp when you place an order.

• We use your details only to process and deliver your order and to contact you about it.
• We share your address and phone number only with our courier partner for delivery.
• We never sell your personal information.
• This website stores your cart and delivery details in your own browser so you don't have to re-enter them. Clearing your browser data removes them.
